We spent the day shopping in Kobe, our favorite off island shopping locale. It’s a relatively quick trip (just a couple of hours) and it means cheese (thank you Costco!). We always see interesting things when we’re out and about.
In one store, they had mini airplanes with flight attendants. They were kind of cute.
We bought a figure if this guy for one of my brothers last year and today, one store had him hanging out on a motorcycle. We thought Jon needed to take note…and get a motorcycle for his.
Oh pomegranates! You remind me of my grandma. She used to send us a box full from her tree every year. I loved getting that priority mail box every year. Pomegranates, although still delicious, just don’t taste the same as the ones grim her backyard.
Look! It’s box wine’s super classy cousin…wine by the glass. Plastic glass. We saw these at the end of the day in a liquor store…Plastic glasses of wine, sealed with a foil lid (think Yoplait yogurt containers). Classy…super classy.
That’s Manmaru in his “Please give me treats now. They are in the cabinet above me” box. Super cute. Also, maybe slightly super spoiled. But only a little.
